Con esta idea, el pr\u00f3ximo 22 de enero, la Biblioteca de Bellvitge acoger\u00e1 la charla &#8220;\u00bfC\u00f3mo mantenerse en forma a partir de los 65 a\u00f1os?&#8221;. Dos fisioterapeutas del Hospital de Bellvitge responder\u00e1n preguntas, aclarar\u00e1n dudas y compartir\u00e1n rutinas para destacar la importancia de mantenerse activo en todos los aspectos de la vida.<\/p>\n<h3>Ejercicios aptos para todos los niveles y afecciones<\/h3>\n<p>Uno de los temas principales del encuentro ser\u00e1 el ictus. Haber sufrido uno no significa dejar de moverse: &#8220;Solo controlan una parte del cuerpo, y la otra se controla seg\u00fan el nivel de afectaci\u00f3n.
